Potty and Play drop in visits

Palm Coast Pet Sitters was founded by Kelly Winter, a nationally recognized professional in the pet care industry with more than 20 years of hands-on experience in animal care, behavior, and safety.
Kelly’s background includes professional work with Animal Control in San Diego, California and the Humane Society in Lincoln, Nebraska, where she developed extensive experience handling animals in a wide range of situations. This early foundation built the expertise and confidence that now guides the standards of care at Palm Coast Pet Sitters.
Today, Kelly leads a carefully selected team of professional pet sitters who provide reliable, structured, and compassionate in-home care for pets throughout Flagler County. The company specializes in serving busy professionals, executives, and families who travel frequently and want the peace of mind that comes from knowing their pets — and their homes — are in experienced and trustworthy hands.

Kelly is a Certified Professional Pet Sitter through the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS), the leading professional organization representing pet care providers across the United States.
This certification requires extensive training across multiple areas of professional pet care, including animal behavior, nutrition, medical awareness, safe handling practices, and species-specific care for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish, and small animals. The program includes over 600 pages of coursework and a comprehensive 500-question certification examination, along with Pet CPR and First Aid training.
To maintain certification, Kelly completes 30 hours of continuing education each year, ensuring that Palm Coast Pet Sitters operates at the highest professional standards in the industry.
